A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Mr. Anilraj Pise founded Raj Process in 1999 with a clear vision: build reliable, first-principles-driven process solutions that perform on the shop floor. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a fabrication outfit into an integrated technology and turnkey partner across biofuels (1G/2G ethanol, CBG/Bio-CNG), hydrogen, CCU, and ZLD evaporation & drying backed by five state-of-the-art manufacturing units and a dedicated R&D centre with commercial-scale testbeds.

Mr. Pise is known for an uncompromising focus on quality, safety, and customer success. He has institutionalized rigorous QA/QC, material traceability, and FAT practices, while championing patented innovations in evaporators, dryers, and biogas upgradation. His “commissioning mindset” emphasizes uptime, energy efficiency, and total cost of ownership—earning long-term partnerships with clients in sugar, distillery, chemical, and food industries. Mr. Rajendra Gandhi, Director of Raj Process Equipment & Systems Pvt. Ltd., brings over 36 years of experience in the Boiler and industrial engineering sector. A key pillar in the company’s leadership, he has been instrumental in guiding Raj Process and its boiler division towards sustained growth, operational excellence, and global competitiveness. With deep expertise in manufacturing, quality assurance, and project execution, Mr. Gandhi ensures that every product be it a high-performance steam boiler, thermic fluid heater, hot water generator, or custom process system

Mr. Santosh Pawar, Director of the Distillery Division at Raj Process Equipment & Systems Pvt. Ltd., brings decades of expertise in designing, engineering, and executing state-of-the-art distillery plants for both domestic and international markets. With a deep understanding of fermentation, distillation, dehydration, and waste management technologies.

He has been instrumental in positioning Raj Process as a leading turnkey solution provider for grain-based, molasses-based, and 2G ethanol distilleries. Under his leadership, the distillery division has successfully delivered energy-efficient, IBR-compliant, and zero-liquid-discharge-ready plants to some of the most reputed clients in the liquor, ethanol, and biofuel industries.
