Boilers manufactured by RAJ Process specialize in a range of waste heat recovery boilers, designed to efficiently handle waste gases from industries such as oil and gas, minerals, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, cement, and more. Our custom-made boilers are capable of generating both steam and power. Captive plant high capacity boilers are designed to efficiently convert water into steam, which is then used to power turbines and generate electricity.

RAJ Process also offers specialized boilers for blast furnace gas, lean gas, and fired boilers for the steel industry. RAJ boilers can be customized to meet clients’ specific requirements, whether package type or field-erected boilers.

Captive Plant High Capacity Boilers

One of the main advantages of using captive plant high capacity boilers is their cost-effectiveness. RAJ Process also offers Single Drum/Bi-Drum design boilers, with membrane wall construction, horizontal drainable type superheater / vertical coil type superheater convective type. These boilers are capable of firing LDO, FO, HSD, LSHS, natural gas, and LPG.

  • Fully automatic DCS operated drum level and combustion control system leading to minimum operating staff.
  • Fast responding to load variations.
  • Top supported boiler with expansion allowed at the bottom, effectively sealed boilers with minimum refractory, hence low maintenance.
  • Pneumatic spreading / mechanical spreading of fuel on the firing equipment ensures effective burning of fuel.
  • Provided with primary and secondary air to ensure proper turbulence in furnace and allow suspension burning of fuel due to proper air-fuel mixing.
