RAJ Process provides superior quality LT Panels with optimal power usage, extensively utilized for industrial power distribution across a wide range of sectors. The panels are fully impervious to dust and rodents and can be designed as drawout or fixed type executions to meet high-performance requirements.

Power control centers with a 4000A rating can be designed and manufactured for operating voltages up to 415V in three-phase, four-wire distribution systems, with an insulation voltage of up to 660V at 40°C ambient temperature.

These LT panels have a short-circuit withstand capacity of 50 kA (type-tested). Available switchboards come in single front design with fixed or semi-draw-out configurations. Panels are widely used in industries such as dairies, plastics, batching, refrigeration, and chemicals. RAJ Process manufactures panels with ingress protection ranging from IP42 to IP67, available in both flameproof and non-flameproof versions. Carbon steel panels are powder-coated using a seven-tank process for enhanced durability and finish.
