Transforming Organic Waste into Clean, Green Energy
A patented technology for Biogas generation and purification, Raj Process Equipments & Systems Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading compressed biogas plant manufacturers in India, offering world-class turnkey solutions for CBG production. With decades of expertise and a proven track record, we deliver advanced technology and custom-engineered systems that convert organic waste into high-purity compressed biogas (CBG) — a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative fuel.
As India moves towards a clean energy future, Raj Process is at the forefront of supporting SATAT (Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation) and GOBARdhan initiatives by designing and executing next-generation CBG plants across the country and abroad.
Raj Process, a leader in industrial gas purification and renewable energy solutions, has developed a patented CSTR-based biodigester with a unique combination of central and lateral agitation. This innovative design enhances biogas production and organic waste treatment, making it one of the most advanced systems for anaerobic digestion in the market.
A CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) biodigester is an anaerobic digester used to process organic waste and produce biogas (mainly methane and carbon dioxide). It breaks down organic matter such as agricultural waste, food scraps, or sewage sludge in the absence of oxygen, producing valuable biogas and nutrient-rich digestate for fertilizer use.
We provide end-to-end CBG plant solutions, covering:
Our state-of-the-art CBG plants use biomethanation technology to convert organic feedstock into clean, high-purity compressed biogas.
The world is rapidly moving towards sustainable and renewable sources of energy, and compressed biogas (C80) seems to be the fuel of the future. CBG is a clean and green energy source produced from the effluents such as Spent wash, press mud, Napier grass and decomposition of organic waste
The process of producing CBG involves the collection of organic waste and the conversion of this waste into biogas through anaerobic digestion. This biogas is then compressed to increase its density and stored for future use Overall the adoption of CBG as a fuel of the future is a step in the right direction towards a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future
